Dakima sushi is a small, independently owned sushi in southern Guadalajara. The owner wanted to create a sushi space that looked different from the competition and had a story behind it, while keeping the installation within budget.

Our solution was to think of the space as the entrance to a journey, the square windows on the walls, open up the space at sitting level and look like old school train windows, halping you watch the scenery unfold. With oen banquettes and a single bar, the space is highly flexible and efficient.
