THE PROBLEM

A beautiful venue can still lose money.
We design restaurants, cafés and hotels around your numbers first, so the space earns back what you spend on it

WHERE MOST VENUES GO WRONG

Most owners come to us after one of these:

  1. Seat counts set by taste, not by occupancy loads and your revenue target.

  2. A kitchen and bar squeezed in after the dining room was drawn, so staff walk further and service slows.

  3. A fit out budget spent on finishes guests notice briefly, while items that drive service speed get cut.

  4. A concept that looks good on a moodboard but never ties back to who you want through the door.

  5. Decisions made before anything was modelled, so the contractor's price becomes the design.

  6. Drawings that stop at concept, leaving site decisions to people who were not part of the design team.

HOW WE SOLVE IT: UNDERSTANDING YOUR GOALS

Before we draw anything, we work out who your venue is for, what they spend, and what the space has to earn. That means your target market, your ideal guest, who your brand speaks to, your occupancy loads and your CAPEX. For restaurants and cafés we test layouts against RevPASH. For hotels we test them against RevPAR.

THREE STAGES, ONE TEAM

1. Concept: World building, design aesthetic, the key visual moments, and how the brand carries through. You leave with a direction you can approve or challenge. Iteration is key, we pivot and evolve the concept until you are excited about the design direction.

2. Design development: Architectural drawings, space planning, room schedules and m2 calculations. Interior and exterior 3D visuals let your team make decisions, and give you sales renders. Your feedback is taken into consideration from day 1 giving you control on where to maximise or pull-back on capital expenditure.

3. Construction documentation: FF&E specification and sourcing, commercial kitchen design, scheduling, and direct contact with suppliers. Your contractor builds from our documents, not from guesses. We check with your build team wether the material choices make sense with your budget and lead times.
