This project has been one of the most interesting mixes we have ever seen in a commercial environment. The client, an ophtalmologist wanted to enhance his clinic with a cafe + retail area that would serve not only as extra revenue, but as a social hang-out space for his clientele. Part clinic, part cafe, part eyewear retail store.
