Qahwati Cafe seeks to bring unique and authentic Yemeni coffee to Deerborne. The way we approached the design was through representing what our client truly wanted. We created a custom LED lamp that hangs from the ceiling, evoking the stepped mountains of Yemen where their coffee is grown. The rest of the spaces flows around people and focuses on communal coffee drinking.
