For this project, our client had a very specific business model in mind, wanting to have a shared communal experience around sushi and maximizing seating for a very tight venue.

Our solution was to create a wrap-around bar that extends out from the kitchen creating a very efficient service flow, but also has all of the seating on the shared bar. 

This helps in creating an engaging social atmosphere in the interior and keeps overhead costs low because there is no need for waiters and extra staff.
