1.  What do your fees start at? Fixed fees, set by floor area and scope. Venues are priced by area, and every quote is agreed on in writing before we begin.

2. How does payment work? All projects are phased in milestones with each stage having a set list of deliverables. This list is sent to you from the very beginning so you know what to expect at each stage of the design process.
3.  How long does design take? Normally a full design package can take around 8 to 10 weeks although this depends on a lot of factors like client feedback times.
4.  Do you work on existing venues? Yes, we do renovations as well!
5.  Do you design the commercial kitchen? Yes, as part of our design development stage and construction documenation
6.  Do you work outside the UK? Yes! We have worked projects in USA, Sweden, Canada, UK, Iceland and more.

7.  Do you do sales renders? Yes, our team integrates experienced architectural visualization professionals that can create renders that are sales-ready
